The warmUP^TM is a non-invasive fluid-based patient warming system that is FDA cleared to rapidly warm and enhance blood flow through the hand. During surgery the warmUP^TM is a closed looped system without noisy, hot, forced air to disrupt airflow in the operating room.

 

To make this product, Kenmold built 8 injection molds, 1 blow mold, 2 radio-frequency welding molds, and some fixtures for the tube.

 

The material includes ABS, Clear PC, Nylon, HDPE and PC/ABS.

 

The technical Challenges is that the product must pass air&water leak testing and match the tolerance. The radio-frequency welding is also very important process during the whole manufacturing.
